If you’d like to upgrade to a new Volkswagen, the equity you’ve built up will contribute towards your new Volkswagen.
If you'd like to keep your Volkswagen, you can buy your vehicle outright for the Guaranteed Future Value or refinance the Guaranteed Future Value amount.
If you decide to return the Volkswagen, then provided you’ve made all your regular payments, the Volkswagen meets fair wear and tear and is within the agreed kilometre allowance, you won’t need to pay the final payment, just the return charge.
We understand that you will want to keep your Volkswagen in premium condition. To ensure the integrity of the Guaranteed Future Value Program, your Volkswagen must be in acceptable condition when you return it to us and must not exceed the kilometre limit as every kilometre over your limit is charged at 66 cents per kilometre. We also understand that some reasonable wear and tear is only to be expected, but it needs to remain within the provisions set by your Volkswagen Financial Services contract. If you exceed your nominated kilometre allowance, it will reduce your Guaranteed Future Value. However, this won’t affect your ability to Trade in, Retain or Return your vehicle.

Volkswagen Guaranteed Future Value is available on selected Volkswagens only through Volkswagen Finance. Volkswagen Finance is only available through UDC Finance Limited. UDC Finance standard terms, conditions, lending and credit criteria apply to any UDC loan. Volkswagen Guaranteed Future Value terms and conditions apply. If these conditions are not met, the option to return the Volkswagen for the guaranteed future value at the end of your contract may not be available and the outstanding loan must still be repaid in full.
